For Domestic Product Orders

All of our domestic suppliers have different production periods. However, 90% of orders placed with us are shipped within 10 to 12 business days after we receive your order. Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and art information. Rush orders are available on most products for an additional cost.

For Custom Import Orders

Upon completion, your order will be delivered to the nearest port of departure in the country of origin and sent via ocean freight to a US Port of Entry. After clearing US Customs, it will be sent by common carrier to your location.

For faster service, your order can be shipped via air freight from the originating port of departure. This would reduce your delivery time by 2 to 3 weeks. However, there is a significant increase in cost for this option. Please contact our Customer Service department to change your shipping method.

Your quoted price for custom imported goods includes all freight expenses incurred from departure through US Port of Entry including: ocean freight, dock fees, duty, equipment, loading, unloading, etc…

Split Shipments

We can “break” your order at the port of entry at no charge and ship to multiple locations at your instruction. You will be responsible for any additional freight charges that apply.
